More Scenes from Assassins

The Star File

Student performers at SFSU are encouraged to push boundaries and take creative risks while they receive a solid foundation in the fundamentals of theater, music and dance. After graduation, they are ready to continue their artistic pursuits in the professional world.

Alumnus Paul Gemignani, the musical director of the Broadway production of "Assassins," which won five Tony Awards in June, is among the many successful directors, dancers, singers, and stars of stage and screen who got their start at SFSU.
