Class Notes

'90s
Christopher Schager (B.A., '91) received the 2005 Mississippi Humanities Council's Mississippi Humanities Teacher of the Year Award.

"Martian Odyssey," a poem by Walter Cambria(M.A., '93), was published in the October 2005 newsletter of the Eastbay Astronomical Society. His article "Stoker's Craft" was published in the 2004 issue of literary magazine Penny Dreadful.

Freelance writer Aleta George (B.A., '94) is the "Ear to the Ground" columnist for Bay Nature magazine. Her essay "Poetry and Politics Undammed" appeared in the Fall 2005 issue of Divide: The University of Colorado's Journal of Ideas. The essay focuses on the activism and poetry of Gary Snyder and Robert Hass.

Jodah Jensen (B.A., '99) is a Berkeley-based senior media artist for Allen Interactions Inc., a custom designer and developer of e-Learning solutions worldwide.
