"The
Shrek stuff is always fun," says alumnus David Spivack (right),
whose talents can be seen in the newly released "Shrek the Third."
He particularly enjoys merging his animated characters with their respective
actors. "If the character is a lion, like Alex in 'Madagascar'
(above), you want to get something leonine, but it's also Ben
Stiller so you want to get some Ben Stiller in there, too," he
