Who Am I?A photo of an alumna actress taken during a production at SFSU

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in theatre arts in 1980 and remember SFSU as "a place where I could practice and learn how to trust and value my creative instincts."

After receiving numerous acting awards, including my first Golden Globe in January, I still consider my most important role that of mother. I have four children with my husband, whom I met on a film set.
